For your group travel needs, “SUNRISE PERU TREK” is well equipped with 8-9-seater Tempo travelers, 15-18-seater minibuses and 35-seater large buses to make sure you don’t compromise on a Trip to Inti Raymi.
Q5. Who will answer my calls and questions when I call, before and after I check in, and during my Trip?
Before registering, you can contact our office, where you will be connected with an experienced and responsible Manager. He will reply and take care of all your inquiries and as soon as you become our client after confirming and signing an itinerary, a file will be assigned to a travel professional in our office, who will be directly responsible for your Inti Raymi Tour.
However, your entire Tour will be personally monitored and supervised under the care of our top senior officers and your Mobile will be delivered to you, in case of an emergency. We invite you to call them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to this, you will also be provided with a list of our partner offices for all those cities, wherever you are visiting for your comfort and convenience.
Q6. Do you have age-based limits?
No, many of the travelers in the world belong to the 60-70 age group.
Q7. How do I pay for my trip and what are the cancellation policies?
- a) You can simply pay us with credit cards like Visa / Mastercard.
- b) As a general policy, no cancellation fees are charged in case we receive a minimum notice of 5 weeks, but this differs from case to case.
- c) Actual cancellation charges are charged only when we prepay hotel advances and purchase domestic air and train tickets in advance or we purchase the entrance to Inti Raymi Festival. If you choose to cancel the early booking, you will have to pay the cancellation fees charged by hotels, railways, domestic airlines and Inti Raymi Tickets.
Q8. Will your company help me with my internal air arrangements?
